Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Xen Education, we provide specialised professional training with limited seats per batch. To maintain our standard of education and resource allocation, we adhere to the following policy.

We strongly recommend that students and parents review this policy thoroughly before making any payment. Enrolment implies full acceptance of these terms.

Policy Details

All Sales Are Final Once a student has enrolled and the registration fee or course fee is paid, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
Registration Fee The initial admission or registration fee is strictly non-refundable, regardless of the reason for withdrawal.
Course Materials & Digital Access Access to digital learning materials and software licences is granted immediately upon payment. Because access is instant, no refunds can be offered once it has been provided.
Batch Transfers While we do not offer refunds, we may allow students to transfer their enrolment to a future batch at the discretion of management, provided the request is made at least 7 days before the course start date.
Internship Phase No refunds or adjustments are possible once the internship phase of the Full Stack Development or any other programme has commenced.
