General Terms

Eligibility Our courses are open to anyone who has completed at least their 10th standard education. Enrolment is subject to seat availability and management approval.
Accuracy of Information You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. Xen Education reserves the right to cancel enrolments where false information has been provided.
Course Content Xen Education reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue course content, schedules, and tools at any time in order to reflect industry standards and improvements.
Intellectual Property All course materials, study guides, videos, and resources provided by Xen Education are proprietary. Reproduction, distribution, or resale without written consent is strictly prohibited.
Code of Conduct Students are expected to maintain respectful behaviour towards faculty, staff, and fellow students. Xen Education reserves the right to terminate enrolment for misconduct without a refund.
Placement Assistance Placement assistance is provided on a best-effort basis. Xen Education does not guarantee employment. Job outcomes depend on individual performance, market conditions, and employer requirements.
Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of Kerala, India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Wayanad District.
